Squads - Team Gym

Team Gym is a very exciting discipline. Gymnasts compete as a team performing a group floor routine to music. Six members of the team complete trampette and tumble programmes also with a musical accompaniment. The gymnasts follow each other in swift succession to produce a dynamic series of somersaults.

There are three levels of competition:

Level 3 team – for gymnasts aged 8-12 years
Level 2 team – for gymnasts aged 12-16 years
Level 1 team – for gymnasts aged 16 years and older

At each level the gymnasts can compete in regional or national competitions.

Pinewood Gymnastics Club has two level 3 National Girls teams, one National Level 2 Girls team and a Level 1 National Mixed team. We have produced many title winning teams at National level.
