Classes - Adult Gymnastics

Pinewood Gymnastics Club run two adult gymnastics classes each week which both cater for the beginner and those with some experience.To take part you have to be over the age of 18 and have British Gymnastics insurance cover at a cost of £17.50.

Tuesdays (20.00 - 21.30hrs.)

Open session where there is a qualified coach in attendance to help and advise.
We operate a voucher system whereby you can purchase any number of vouchers at a cost of £6.50 each. Simply hand a voucher into the coach each time you train. Additional vouchers may be purchased from the coach when required.

Thursdays (20.00 - 22.00hrs.)

Organized warm-up followed by a structured session followed by an open last hour.The class will be organized by a qualified coach.
Voucher system in operation at a cost of £8.50 each.
